IPO Advisory

Moelis & Company has worked on over 40 IPOs and listings globally since inception. The Firm has been active as an independent financial advisor on equity capital markets (ECM) transactions in the U.S., EMEA and Asia. Our ECM team is led from New York, London and Hong Kong by highly experienced, specialist bankers, each with more than 20 years of experience. Moelis & Company has performed many IPO advisory roles for some of the most prominent global firms with a track record of repeat-mandates.
