Ted Ferguson is a Managing Director and Chief Information Officer at Moelis & Company. Mr. Ferguson has over 25 years of information technology experience. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Ferguson was Chief Technology Officer at Shearman & Sterling overseeing global technology services. Prior to that, Mr. Ferguson was Chief Information Officer at Kasowitz, Benson, Torres and Freidman, where he was responsible for the firm’s technology platforms, processes and services. He was also previously Director of Information Technology at Ropes & Gray.

Mr. Ferguson holds an M.A. in English from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.A. in International Relations from Cornell University.

Jay Finney is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in M&A advisory. Mr. Finney has extensive experience working with domestic and multinational companies on a broad range of complex M&A transactions. Previously, Mr. Finney was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse in the M&A Group. In that role, he was responsible for originating, structuring and executing a full spectrum of public and private M&A transactions across a variety of industries, with a focus on industrial companies, and related coverage of corporate clients as well as private equity firms. Mr. Finney was also a member of the Investment Banking Advisory Committee at Credit Suisse.

Mr. Finney holds a B.S. in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from the University of Alabama, and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.

Timothy Fitzsimmons

Tim Fitzsimmons is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company in the Private Funds Advisory business. He has over 17 years of investment banking experience, providing capital raising, secondary and other independent advisory services to private fund sponsors and limited partners. Previously, Mr. Fitzsimmons worked in Credit Suisse’s Private Funds Group marketing private market investment opportunities across a number of strategies including buyout, growth, private debt and real assets. Prior to Credit Suisse, he spent four years in Citigroup’s Global Loan Capital Markets and Investment Banking groups. Mr. Fitzsimmons began his career as an analyst at PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities.

Mr. Fitzsimmons holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University.

Andrew Haber is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Haber focuses on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and other advisory services within the Telecom/Media/Technology sectors. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Haber was with Bear Stearns for 10 years, most recently as a Managing Director where he was responsible for M&A coverage and execution in the Telecom/Media/Technology Group. He has advised clients on a wide variety of transactions, including domestic and international acquisitions (public and private), spin-offs/split-offs, leveraged buyouts, exclusive sales, joint ventures, highly contested transactions and in-court and out-of-court restructurings with an aggregate value of over $100 billion. Prior to receiving his M.B.A., Mr. Haber spent three years with Booz Allen Hamilton as a Management Consultant, where he advised clients across various industries in the United States, Mexico and Brazil.

Mr. Haber graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan with a B.A. and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Mark Henkels is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company and is among the founding partners of the New York office. Mr. Henkels has over 25 years of investment banking experience. Before joining Moelis, he was Head of the Industrial Growth and Services Group at CIBC World Markets. While at CIBC, Mr. Henkels built one of Wall Street’s leading industrial banking franchises in metals and mining, capital goods, chemicals, aerospace and defense and building products. Prior to CIBC, Mr. Henkels led the Global Basic Industries franchises at Merrill Lynch focusing on the steel and aluminum, capital goods and building products sectors. Previous investment banking experience also included tenures at Salomon Brothers’ and Smith Barney.

Roger Hoit is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Hoit began his career at PaineWebber Incorporated.
