Gina Jowett is a Managing Director and the Global Head of Human Capital Management at Moelis & Company. Gina has more than 20 years of HR experience, having served as a strategic partner to buy-side and sell-side businesses at financial institutions and law firms across the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Gina held several Human Resource leadership roles at UBS across the Investment Bank and Asset Management divisions where she drove the strategy and implementation of the firm’s human capital agenda for Banking, Global Investments and O’Connor businesses. Before that, Gina held HR roles at Corrs Chambers Westgarth Lawyers and Goldman Sachs JBWere.

Mark Karasik is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company specializing in M&A advisory across the financial services landscape, with a focus on asset and wealth management, fintech and specialty finance. Mark also has extensive experience advising on recapitalizations and other debt and equity transactions.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mark performed financial due diligence on middle market companies across various industries and geographies in the transaction services group at PwC.  Mark graduated with honors with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from The Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. He holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Grant Kassel is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients in the cannabis sector. Grant has originated and executed a broad range of corporate finance transactions including M&A, recapitalizations and other debt and equity transactions across a variety of sectors in the U.S., Middle East and U.K. Since joining Moelis & Company, he has worked in the Firm’s New York, London and Boston offices.

Grant holds a B.A. in Finance and Economics from Boston University.

Jonathan Kaye is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he leads the global Business Services franchise. Under his leadership, this franchise has become a recognized global leader having advised on over 100 transactions across the sector.

Jonathan has worked in the investment banking industry for 20 years with a specialized focus on divestitures, mergers, acquisitions and control and non-control investments. His expertise and coverage areas include industrial, white collar and technology-enabled services across a range of end markets and delivery models. Jonathan maintains extensive relationships with private equity investors, private and public strategic companies.

Jonathan holds a B.A. from Tufts University and graduated cum laude from the Duke University School of Law. He also attended the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy where he studied International Affairs and Security.

Adam Keil is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in Capital Structure Advisory and has been a team member since the establishment of the franchise. He has over 20 years of investment banking experience with extensive expertise in advising debtors, creditors and equity holders on a wide variety of recapitalization and restructuring transactions across a broad range of industries including technology, media, telecommunications, real estate, retail and general industrials.

Adam holds a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

John Kimm is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in M&A Advisory. John has nearly 30 years of investment banking experience, executing public and private buy-side and sell-side mergers, acquisitions and joint venture transactions across a broad range of industries.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, John was a Managing Director at Evercore where he advised clients across the industrials, consumer and various other sectors in addition to contributing to the growth of the firm’s advisory alliances in Asia. Previously, he held senior investment banking roles at BofA Securities and Bear Stearns. Before his career in investment banking, John served as a strategy consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and Bain & Company.

John holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.

Barak Klein is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in Capital Structure Advisory. Barak has over 25 years of investment banking and asset management experience, advising clients on distressed M&A and debt financing transactions, liability management and Chapter 11 reorganizations.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Barak was a member of the CR Intrinsic-General Distressed Group, investing in work-out and special situations at SAC Capital Advisors. He has also held senior level roles in Asset Management and in Restructuring & Recapitalization at Jefferies. He began his career at in the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey.

Barak holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Roger Knight is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients in the enterprise software sector. Roger has nearly 20 years of experience in the technology industry advising infrastructure software and security clients on M&A and capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Roger was a Senior Managing Director at SVB Securities. He was previously a founding member of Pacific Crest Securities’ M&A group leading up to and through Pacific Crest’s acquisition by KeyBanc Capital Markets. Before this, he held investment banking roles at Deutsche Bank, Oppenheimer and WR Hambrecht.

Roger holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. He serves as a trustee of Regis High School.

Craig Kolwicz is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in M&A advisory. He has extensive investment banking experience, with expertise in structuring and executing a full spectrum of public and private M&A transactions, including sell-side, merger, buy-side and special committee assignment mandates across a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Craig was an investment banker at UBS, where he executed M&A and capital markets transactions. Craig holds a B.S.M. in Finance from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.

Arek Kurkciyan is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he advises clients across the life sciences, outsourced pharmaceutical services and pharmaceutical industries.  Arek has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience advising healthcare companies and financial sponsors on important M&A and financing transactions.

Previously, Arek was a Managing Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking group at Morgan Stanley.  Before joining Morgan Stanley, Arek was part of Deutsche Bank’s Healthcare Investment Banking group.  Prior to Investment Banking, Arek held a number of functional roles in the pharmaceutical industry, including various sales and marketing positions at GlaxoSmithKline and HS&E Norvatis.

Arek holds a B.S. in Neuroscience from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Larry Kwon is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients in the real estate, gaming, hospitality and leisure industries. Larry has over 15 years of investment banking experience, advising both companies and investors on a wide variety of corporate finance matters including M&A, recapitalizations and restructurings, and debt and equity capital raisings. Larry advises on both U.S. and international transactions and has executed numerous cross-border transactions involving parties in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Larry worked in the Recapitalization & Restructuring Group at Jefferies and as a Management Consultant at Accenture. Larry holds a B.A. in Economics and History from Tufts University.
