Glenn Muscosky is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he focuses on providing strategic and financial advice to clients in the infrastructure sector. Mr. Muscosky has over 20 years of experience in the transport and energy infrastructure sectors and was a founding member of the team that established JP Morgan Investment Management’s core infrastructure investment strategy. Mr. Muscosky has deep experience as an equity and project finance principal and his career spans the private and public sectors. Previously, he spent eight years at Calyon Corporate and Investment Bank, where he originated and closed project finance transactions in the energy sector and spearheaded Calyon’s North American activities in the transport infrastructure sector. Prior to that role, Mr. Muscosky spent six years at the New York City Transit Authority and the New York City School Construction Authority, where he analyzed public sector capital investments in transport and schools.

Mr. Muscosky holds a B.S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management.

Phil Newman is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company Australia. Mr. Newman has over 12 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience across a broad spectrum of transactions involving M&A, corporate and debt restructurings, listed and unlisted capital raisings and direct investments. Prior to joining Moelis & Company in 2009, Mr. Newman worked in investment banking at JP Morgan where he focused on M&A and equity capital raisings in the real estate sector. Mr. Newman began his career in Project Finance at Westpac Institutional Bank.

Mr. Newman holds a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours in Finance from the University of Queensland.

Charles Noel-Johnson is a Managing Director and Co-Head of EMEA Recapitalisation & Restructuring at Moelis & Company. Mr. Noel-Johnson has over 18 years investment banking experience advising a wide spectrum of clients and investors on restructurings, recapitalisations, financings and other strategic advisory transactions. Mr. Noel-Johnson has completed transactions representing over $100 billion across Europe and the Middle East. Prior to joining Moelis & Company in 2009, Mr Noel-Johnson was an Executive Director in the European Restructuring Group at Close Brothers and previously at JP Morgan. Mr. Noel-Johnson was honoured by Financial News’ “40 Under 40 Rising Stars in Investment Banking” in 2011 and 2012.

Mr. Noel-Johnson holds a Masters (Hons) in Politics from Edinburgh University and studied Political Science & International Relations at the University of California, San Diego. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

Richard Orders is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Orders has over 20 years of experience advising corporate clients across the Asia Pacific region and was most recently Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific Advisers (“APA”). He was previously a Managing Director in the RBS/ABN AMRO group in Asia Pacific and before that was Vice Chairman and Head of Global Clients Asia Pacific for ABN AMRO, where he worked since 1996. Prior to joining ABN AMRO, Mr. Orders was a Managing Director and Head of Barings Investment Banking in Asia. He has also worked for Barings in other roles within corporate finance and debt capital markets based in Australia and London.

Mr. Orders holds a BA (Hons) degree from the University of Oxford.

Steve Panagos is a Managing Director and Vice Chairman of the Recapitalization & Restructuring Group at Moelis & Company. Mr. Panagos is a widely recognized turnaround expert and has a long and distinguished career of leading complex bankruptcies and reorganizations for both companies and their creditors across a broad spectrum of industries. To date, Mr. Panagos has restructured more than $120 billion worth of debt across more than 100 transactions and has provided expert testimony regarding valuation and restructuring matters.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Panagos was the National Practice Leader of Kroll Zolfo Cooper’s Corporate Advisory & Restructuring Practice. During his 20 year tenure at Kroll Zolfo Cooper, Mr. Panagos provided restructuring advice to numerous companies or their creditors. On several occasions he has taken certain management roles to lead the restructuring process from within. Examples include serving as Chief Operating Officer and President of Krispy Kreme, Interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Restructuring Officer of Penn Traffic Supermarkets and Chief Restructuring Officer of Metromedia Fiber Networks, as well as several interim management positions at many other companies. Before joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Panagos was a Founder of Panagos Katz Situational Investing.

Mr. Panagos holds a B.S. from the University of Michigan.

Landon Parsons is a Senior Advisor at Moelis & Company. Mr. Parsons has nearly 25 years of structured credit experience as an analyst, investor and advisor. Previously, Mr. Parsons was a member of the Mortgage Special Situations Group at Goldman Sachs. He joined Goldman in 2008 after seven years at C-BASS, an affiliate of Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation and Radian, where he was a Managing Director responsible for investing and managing structured products in non-agency and subprime RMBS, CMBS and ABS. Mr. Parsons also served as Managing Director and Co-Head of Structured Finance for CGA Investment Management and as a Senior Business Development Manager at Financial Guaranty Insurance Company. Prior to this, he held positions at Credit Lyonnais, Capital Markets Assurance Corporation and Citicorp.

Mr. Parsons holds a B.A. from the University of Northern Iowa and an M.S. from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University.

Dominick Petrosino

Dom Petrosino is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Petrosino has extensive capital markets and investment banking experience and was most recently Head of Leveraged Finance Capital Markets at Bear Stearns. While at Bear Stearns, he managed a leading business focused on providing capital structure solutions, including underwriting, structuring and executing leveraged loans, high yield notes and mezzanine financings. In this role, Mr. Petrosino advised clients across a broad range of industries on leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, recapitalizations and other capital structure matters. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Petrosino was a Vice President of High Yield Corporate Finance at Chase Securities and previously a Vice President in Chase’s Global Mining & Metals Group.

Prior to JP Morgan, Dr. Pfander was Head of European Chemicals at Lehman Brothers and spent nearly a decade at McKinsey & Company in Germany.

Dr. Pfander holds a Diploma in Microbiology from the Technical University of Munich and a PhD from the University of Oldenburg, Germany.

Andrew Pridham is a Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking for Australia at Moelis & Company. Mr. Pridham has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and was most recently Executive Chairman of Investment Banking at JP Morgan Australia, where he completed many major M&A, equity raising and other advisory transactions and played a leading role in the significant growth of JP Morgan’s Australian business. Prior to his six year tenure at JP Morgan, Mr. Pridham spent 12 years at UBS where he held senior roles including Global Head of Real Estate Investment Banking and Head of Investment Banking for Australasia. He was also a member of the UBS Global Investment Banking Management Committee.

Mr. Pridham received a Bachelor of Applied Science (PRM) from the University of South Australia. He is also Chairman of AFL Club, The Sydney Swans.

Jeff Raich is Co-President and a Founding Partner of Moelis & Company. Mr. Raich has been in the investment banking industry for 28 years and has advised on over 150 M&A transactions across a broad spectrum of industries. Previously, Mr. Raich was the Head of M&A at Moelis & Company and was instrumental in the build-out of the Firm’s M&A platform since its inception. Under his leadership in this role, the Firm soon became one of the leading boutique M&A advisory firms in the world. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Raich was the Joint Global Head of M&A at UBS Investment Bank, where he founded UBS’s Exclusive Sales and Divestitures Group. While at UBS, he was a member of the UBS Investment Bank Board, the UBS Global Management Committee and the Investment Banking Department Americas Executive Committee and was Co-Head of Investment Banking Los Angeles.  Prior to joining UBS, Mr. Raich was a Managing Director and Head of West Coast Mergers and Acquisitions at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He began his career as an investment banker with PaineWebber.

Mr. Raich holds a B.S. with Distinction in Commerce from The McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia (Beta Gamma Sigma). He is a member of the McIntire School of Commerce Advisory Board at the University of Virginia and a Board Member of the UCLA Health System. Mr. Raich also serves on the Marlborough School Board of Trustees and The Posse Foundation National Board of Directors.
