Moelis & Company Announces the Appointment of Rick Polhemus as Managing Director
Moelis & Company (NYSE: MC), a leading global independent investment bank, today announced that Rick Polhemus has joined the Firm as a Managing Director, providing strategic and financial advice to companies across a range of growth-driven technology, sustainability and services sectors. He is based in San Francisco.
Rick brings nearly 25 years of investment banking experience and has provided advice throughout the corporate lifecycle and across disciplines, with experience in M&A, leveraged buyouts, IPOs, debt and equity capital raising, shareholder defense and other strategic transactions. Most recently he served as a Managing Director and Head of Western Region Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley where he led coverage across industrial technology, tech-enabled services, environmental and sustainability services, infrastructure and industrial services.
