Moelis & Company Announces the Appointment of James Nichols as Managing Director, Providing Strategic and Financial Advice to Business Services Clients across Europe
Moelis & Company (NYSE: MC), a leading global independent investment bank, today announced the appointment of James Nichols as Managing Director, providing strategic and financial advice to business services clients across Europe. Based in London, he joins in February and will build on the success of the Firm’s global Business Services franchise.
Mr. Nichols joins Moelis & Company from DC Advisory where he served as Managing Director and co-led Business and Healthcare Services in the UK after moving across from the firm’s Financial Sponsors Group. He has nearly 15 years of investment banking experience across mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, recapitalizations and other strategic advisory. Prior to DC, he spent five years at Investec and Credit Suisse.
