Moelis & Company Announces the Appointment of Justin Craig as Managing Director, Providing Strategic and Financial Advice to the Consumer & Retail Sector with a Focus on Food and Beverage

Based in New York, he joins Moelis & Company’s Consumer & Retail team.
Justin was previously with Morgan Stanley for 12 years, where he led the food investment banking practice as a Managing Director. In addition to food and beverage, Justin’s expertise also spans the consumer and retail landscape more broadly — including the consumer discretionary, pet, optical and auto services sectors. Justin has advised clients throughout the corporate lifecycle and across disciplines, with experience in M&A, leveraged buyouts, IPOs, debt and equity capital raising, shareholder defense and other strategic transactions.
