She will join the firm’s New York office beginning in early September and will lead its distribution efforts as part of the firm’s Capital Solutions Group.

Since 2016 he served as a Managing Director at Barclays Capital. Prior to that he was a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, having joined Merrill Lynch in 2003.

Mr. Zivotofsky has more than 20 years of experience raising capital for and investing in Israeli companies.
