Johan Dubbeldeman is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in providing financial and strategic advice to clients in the Benelux region. Johan also focuses on a number of sub-sectors within the industrials, consumer, and leisure industries across Europe. He has 15 years of investment banking experience, with expertise in originating and executing a wide variety of transactions across the corporate lifecycle, including complex cross-border M&A, capital markets, capital raisings, and restructurings.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Johan was a member of the Benelux Coverage and M&A teams at Credit Suisse, Rothschild and Leonardo & Co. Johan holds a Bsc. and Msc. in Finance from the University of Amsterdam.

Peter Kerckhoffs is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in providing financial and strategic advice to clients in the Netherlands and across Europe. Peter has nearly three decades of investment banking and corporate finance experience.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Peter held various senior roles at J.P. Morgan including Senior Country Officer for the Netherlands and Head of Benelux and Nordic M&A. Peter holds a M.A. in Econometrics from the University of Tilburg and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
