Bert Grisel is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients on restructurings, M&A and debt and equity financings. Bert has over 25 years of investment banking experience and has been involved in some of the largest and complex restructuring transactions in Asia.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Bert was interim CFO of a NASDAQ-listed company. He was previously at ABN AMRO where his leadership roles included Head of Industrials and Real Estate in Asia in addition to various others roles in Europe and Latin America.
Bert holds a M.Sc. Law from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.

Jeremy Lane is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in advising clients in the Industrials sector, with a focus on Metals & Mining. Jeremy has extensive M&A experience, having worked with both regional and international clients on significant cross-border transactions with an Asia nexus, including Greater China, Korea and Southeast Asia.
Prior to Moelis & Company, Jeremy was Head of Metals & Mining for Asia at Credit Suisse, and previously held investment banking roles at Credit Suisse in the mining, industrials, and new energy sectors.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne.

Weihan Lee is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he focuses on advising corporate and financial sponsor clients across the Asia-Pacific region. Weihan has extensive experience executing a wide variety of corporate finance transactions in Asia, including M&A, private financing and equity capital markets deals across various industries.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Weihan worked on the Technology Media Telecom investment banking team at Goldman Sachs, covering Asia ex-Japan. He also previously held roles at ABN AMRO and Credit Suisse First Boston.
Weihan holds a M.A. in Law from Cambridge University, a M.Sc. in Management and Strategy from the London School of Economics and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.

Richard Orders is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients across the Asia Pacific region. Richard has over 25 years of investment banking experience, with deep expertise in originating and executing multi-jurisdiction mandates across the full spectrum of corporate finance matters. Having advised clients on many notable and defining transactions in the region, Richard was instrumental in expanding the Firm’s presence in the Asia Pacific.
Prior to Moelis & Company Richard was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific Advisers (“APA”). Before that, he was a Managing Director in the RBS/ABN AMRO group in Asia Pacific and Vice Chairman and Head of Global Clients Asia Pacific for ABN AMRO. Richard started his career at Barings Investment Bank where he held several roles including Managing Director and Head of Asia Investment Banking in addition to working in the firm’s Australia and London offices.
Richard holds a B.A. (Honours) degree from the University of Oxford.

Hang Yuan is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in advising corporate and financial sponsors clients on M&A transactions across the Asia-Pacific region. He has over 15 years of investment banking and private equity experience, with expertise in cross-border buy-outs, privatizations, and minority investments, as well as restructuring and financing transactions across a broad range of industries.
Before joining Moelis & Company, Hang was a Managing Director at SINO-CEE Fund, an affiliate of ICBC, where he led the fund’s cross-border investments into Europe. Prior to that, he spent a decade in investment banking roles leading numerous landmark M&A transactions at Merrill Lynch Asia Pacific and Deutsche Bank.
Hang holds an MPhil in Finance from the University of Cambridge and a BSc from the University of Warwick.

Xiuping Zhang is a Managing Director and Head of China at Moelis & Company. With over 25 years of investment banking experience, Xiuping specializes in advising Asian, European and US clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions across a broad range of sectors.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Xiuping was a Managing Director and Head of Asia M&A at Merrill Lynch. Previously, she was a Managing Director and Head of China M&A at Deutsche Bank. She started her investment banking career at J.P. Morgan in New York.
Xiuping holds a B.S. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an M.B.A. from Rollins College.
