Mr. Acaia has also held senior level investment banking roles at Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan.

Mr. Acaia holds a degree in Accounting, Finance and Law from Bocconi University.

Mark Aedy

Mark Aedy is a Managing Director and Head of Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Investment Banking at Moelis & Company. Mr. Aedy has over 35 years of investment banking experience, building and managing investment banking franchises and advising clients on a range of strategic merger, acquisition and capital markets transactions. Previously, Mark served as Head of Europe, Middle East and Africa Corporate and Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and was a member of the Global Corporate and Investment Banking Executive Committee. He also held several senior management positions at Merrill Lynch, including Head of Investment Banking, Europe, Middle East and Africa; Head of Metals & Mining; and Head of General Industrials. Before joining Merrill Lynch in 2000, Mark was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust.

Mr. Aedy holds a B.A. (Honours) from Durham University. He is the Senior Independent Director of the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust and is a Trustee of the Halo Trust.

Lord Charles Allen, Baron Allen of Kensington, CBE is the Chairman of ISS A/S, a leading global facility services company; Chairman of Global Ltd, the largest commercial radio group in the United Kingdom; as well as Chairman of 2 Sisters Food Group Ltd, a leading food production company serving the retail sector. From 2008 to May 2015, Lord Allen served as a Senior Advisor to Goldman Sachs, advising the firm’s private equity portfolio and banking business. That year, Lord Allen also joined the board of Virgin Media Group, on which he served until 2013, and the board of EMI Music, where he served as Chairman until 2010. Beginning in 1999, Lord Allen served for 10 years as a non-executive director on the board of Tesco PLC. Throughout his career, Lord Allen has also held Chief Executive Officer positions at Compass Group PLC and ITV PLC.

Lord Allen was involved with the London Olympic and Paralympic Games – serving as Vice Chairman of the London 2012 bid; and serving on the board of the London Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. From 2006 to 2008, he acted as the Chief Advisor to the UK Home Office, providing advice and support to the Home Secretary and the Home Office Board on various matters.

Stephen Aulsebrook is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in recapitalization & restructuring transactions principally in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Mr. Aulsebrook has over 35 years of European investment banking experience and has built an extensive network of relationships in EMEA, the U.S. and Asia across leading corporations, banks, hedge funds, other principal funds and private equity investors. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Aulsebrook was the CEO and Head of Restructuring at Close Brothers Corporate Finance. Mr. Aulsebrook also worked at Hill Samuel and Bankers Trust.

Mr. Aulsebrook holds an LLB in Law from the University of Leeds and qualified as a Barrister at the Inns of Court School of Law. He was called to the Bar by the Inner Temple and attended the Corporate Finance Program at the London Business School.

Geoffrey Austin is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specialises in advising clients in the media and communications sector. Mr. Austin has over 25 years of investment banking experience advising corporate and financial sponsor clients on many of the most significant transactions in the sector, including M&A, leveraged buyout, restructuring and debt and equity transactions. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Austin was a Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Media and Communications Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank. In this role he was responsible for a top-ranked global team focused on advising companies in the sector as well as on related coverage of financial sponsors. Before that, he worked at SG Hambros Corporate Finance, formerly known as Hambros Bank.

Mr. Austin holds an M.A. from Oriel College, Oxford University, and attended the Corporate Finance Programme at London Business School. He is President of the Oriel Society, a member of the Oriel Campaign Board and a member of the Childline Board of the NSPCC.

Kristian Bagger

Kristian Bagger is a Senior Advisor at Moelis & Company. Mr. Bagger joined Moelis & Company in 2008 after a 20-year career at Deutsche Bank, most recently as a Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Investment Banking and previously as Head of Nordic & BeNeLux Investment Banking and Head of the Industrials, Consumer and Healthcare Industry Groups. While at Deutsche Bank, Mr. Bagger built leading franchises in the Nordic and BeNeLux regions and served on Deutsche Bank’s European Investment Banking Management Committee. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Mr. Bagger was an investment banker at Smith Barney. Over the years, Mr. Bagger has advised clients in a variety of industries on the full spectrum of corporate finance matters, specializing in mergers & acquisitions.

Mr. Bagger holds an M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Copenhagen.

Alex Hageman is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in capital markets advisory. Mr. Hageman has helped lead Moelis & Company’s EMEA equity capital markets advisory business since 2011 and many of the Firm’s IPO advisory assignments. He has extensive transaction experience executing IPOs and follow-on offerings, including the IPOs of Statoil ASA, Sophos PLC, Novatek PJSC, Ascential PLC, Neste Oil Oy, Pirelli Real Estate SpA, Europris ASA, Polypipe PLC, and Nordic Waterproofing AS. Mr. Hageman is also highly experienced in advising on and executing privatisations, with clients including the Norwegian, Finnish, Dutch and Russian governments. Previously, Mr. Hageman worked in the Equity Capital Markets groups at Citigroup and Morgan Stanley, focusing on capital raisings for clients in the corporate, private equity and governmental spheres across all sectors. Rick Haythornthwaite is an Advisory Partner at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in advising companies across the energy, industrial, and technology sectors. Mr. Haythornthwaite has nearly 40 years of executive and non-executive experience, and has led numerous companies through mergers, acquisitions, and other complex transactions at nearly every stage of the business life cycle. He began his career at BP PLC, having held various executive roles throughout his 17-year tenure, including Chief Geologist at BP France, General Manager of Magnus Oilfield and President of BP Venezuela.  Following his work at BP, Mr. Haythornthwaite continued to build leadership experience in the energy and industrials sectors as Corporate and Commercial Director of Premier Oil PLC for two years and four years at Blue Circle Industries, latterly as CEO until its merger with Lafarge in 2001. He went on to serve as CEO of Invensys PLC between 2001 and 2005 and most recently as a Partner at Star Capital Partners Ltd.

Mr. Haythornthwaite holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from The Queen’s College at Oxford and a Master’s degree in Management from the Sloan School of Management at MIT. He currently serves as the Chairman of MasterCard Inc., Chairman of Centrica PLC, and Chairman and Founder of QiO Technologies Ltd.
