Steven is a Managing Director at MA Moelis Australia (the corporate advisory and equities division at MA Financial Group). He has extensive experience across healthcare/Med-Tech, retail and general industrial sectors. Steven has over 20 years of investment banking experience.

Prior to joining MA Moelis Australia, Steven worked with CIMB/RBS as a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Group. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours First Class) and Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne.

Brodie is a Managing Director at MA Moelis Australia (the corporate advisory and equities division at MA Financial Group) with particular expertise advising clients in the consumer, agribusiness and general industrial sectors and extensive experience across public and private buy-side and sell-side processes, equity capital markets transactions and strategic advisory mandates. Brodie has over 20 years of investment banking experience.

Prior to joining MA Moelis Australia, Brodie worked for ABN AMRO/RBS as a Director in the Investment Banking Group.

Brodie holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and a Masters in International Relations from the London School of Economics (Honours).
