Ben Reitzes is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he advises clients in the global technology sector. He has over 22 years of banking experience across multiple technology sectors. Mr. Reitzes joined Moelis & Company from Barclays, and formerly Lehman Brothers, where he was a Managing Director, Global Sector Coordinator of Technology. He was also the Senior IT Hardware & Telecom/Networking Analyst. In these roles, he led strategy and research teams across nine countries focused on the impact of areas such as cloud computing, virtualization, mobility and other disruptive technologies. Prior to Lehman Brothers, he was a Managing Director, Global Coordinator of IT Hardware and Senior IT Hardware Analyst at UBS Investment Bank. Mr. Reitzes ranked highly in the Institutional Investor magazine awards in multiple categories for 16 consecutive years, including being named one of the top 3 IT Hardware analysts for 10 years in a row before joining to Moelis & Company.

Mr. Reitzes holds a B.S. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

Sash Rentala is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Rentala has over 14 years of investment banking experience and specializes in advising private equity sponsors and hedge funds on a wide variety of corporate finance matters including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance and restructuring transactions such as bank and bond new money issuances, exchange offers, consent solicitations, lender negotiations and amendments. Prior to Moelis & Company, Mr. Rentala was an Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank where he focused on the industrials sector including transactions in the chemicals, auto and metals and mining sectors. Mr. Rentala was previously a Vice President in Investment Banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He also served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy.

Mr. Rentala holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Anthony Rokovich is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Rokovich was most recently a Managing Director in the Real Estate, Lodging & Leisure Group at UBS working on strategic and financing transactions in the mall, strip mall, outlet, multifamily and healthcare sectors. He previously worked at Merrill Lynch in Real Estate Investment Banking.

Yadin Rozov is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in Financial Institutions advisory. Mr. Rozov has 15 years of investment banking experience, including extensive fixed income trading, structuring and risk management experience. Previously, Mr. Rozov was a Managing Director, co-head of Fixed Income Structured Products and Americas Head of the Repositioning Group at UBS. In this role, Mr. Rozov was instrumental in the implementation of the strategic exiting of legacy businesses and risk positions across the bank, including complex structured and securitized products with underlying credit, real estate and consumer obligations. Prior to the Repositioning Group, Mr. Rozov was Global Co-Head of the Structured Products Group at UBS. Mr. Rozov was previously a Credit Derivatives Trader at Citigroup Global Markets.

 

Mr. Rozov holds a B.A. in Physics from Rutgers University and did graduate work in Mathematics in Finance at New York University. He currently serves on the boards of Chamonix Asset Management and College Ave Student Loans LLC.

Alex Rubin is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he focuses on advising clients in the real estate sector. Mr. Rubin has over 20 years of experience advising public and private commercial real estate clients on a wide range of strategic and corporate finance matters including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions as well as debt, equity and recapitalization transactions. Before joining Moelis & Company in 2009, Mr. Rubin served as a Managing Director in the Global Real Estate Investment Banking Department at Citigroup. Previously, Mr. Rubin was Managing Director and Co-Head of European Real Estate Investment Banking at UBS based in London. Mr. Rubin’s career started at Merrill Lynch in New York where he was ultimately promoted to Managing Director in Real Estate Investment Banking.

Mr. Rubin holds a B.A. from Cornell University where he currently serves on the College of Arts & Sciences Advisory Council, the Cornell Real Estate Council and the Cornell Lacrosse Association. Professional affiliations include the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Estate Roundtable.

Anton Sahazizian is a Managing Director and Head of U.S. Mergers & Acquisitions at Moelis & Company. Mr. Sahazizian has extensive experience advising clients on M&A transactions and was most recently a Managing Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at UBS Investment Bank in New York. Mr. Sahazizian worked at UBS for nearly 10 years, and in his most recent role was the senior banker responsible for the origination and execution of M&A transactions for some of the largest global industrials companies in the chemicals, capital goods, paper, packaging, forest products and energy sectors. He advised on numerous high-profile strategic M&A transactions within the sector and was responsible for related coverage of corporate clients as well as private equity firms. Mr. Sahazizian started his investment banking career in the Los Angeles office of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and was one of the founders of UBS’ Los Angeles office and their Exclusive Sales and Divestitures Group. Previously, he was a securities lawyer in Toronto, Canada, with McMillan Binch and Goodman and Carr.

Mr. Sahazizian holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario. He also graduated from Queen’s University Law School in Kingston, Ontario and received an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Augusto Sasso is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Frank Sellman is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Peijie Shiu is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Andrew Shore is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Shore has over 28 years of investment banking and research experience, most recently as a Managing Director in the Global Consumer Products Group at JP Morgan. While at JP Morgan, Mr. Shore built a leading franchise advising clients in the global household and personal care industries on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings and a broad range of financial advisory services. Prior to joining JP Morgan, Mr. Shore was a Managing Director in Deutsche Bank’s Consumer Products and Retail Group and previously the Head of Deutsche Bank’s Global Consumer Products Strategy, which included analysis and portfolio construction of food, beverage, tobacco and household products, personal care and luxury goods stocks. While an equity research analyst, he was a highly ranked member of the Institutional Investor’s All-American Research Team for 17 years. Before Deutsche Bank, Mr. Shore was a Managing Director at both Paine Webber and Prudential Securities and began his career at Shearson Lehman Brothers.

Joe Simon is a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Moelis & Company. Mr. Simon has over 25 years of experience as a senior manager of financial controls, operations and strategy and has particular experience with financial services firms, most recently serving as CFO of Financial Security Assurance for seven years. While at Financial Security Assurance, Mr. Simon re-engineered the treasury and accounting areas to enhance the firm’s financial planning and analysis, allocation of capital and transparency of financial reporting. In addition, he led several financing transactions for the firm.

Prior to Financial Security Assurance, Mr. Simon worked at Cantor Fitzgerald where he served as CFO, Global Controller and Global Head of Operations. During his time at Cantor Fitzgerald, he managed a global accounting and operations team and established the firm’s treasury function. Before joining Cantor Fitzgerald in 1993, Mr. Simon was a Principal and Vice President of Fixed Income Product Control at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Simon has also served as CFO of IntraLinks and TENTV.com. He began his career at Price Waterhouse.

Mr. Simon holds a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from The University of Michigan. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

John Sipp is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Sipp has over 25 years of investment banking experience and was most recently a Managing Director and Head of the Insurance Investment Banking Group for the Americas at Credit Suisse. Mr. Sipp joined Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in 1998 as a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group. Following the firm’s acquisition by Credit Suisse in 2000 he led the group responsible for coverage of the insurance industry and worked closely with senior executives of insurance companies in the United States, Europe and Asia on strategic and financial matters including capital raising, risk management, mergers and acquisitions and financings. He began his career at Goldman Sachs where he was a member of its Financial Institutions Group for 11 years.

Before this, he was a Managing Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Citigroup and previously worked in Energy Investment Banking at JP Morgan in New York and London. Mr. Wood began his career as a member of JP Morgan’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group in London.
