Jane Sadowsky is a Senior Advisor in Human Capital Management at Moelis & Company. Jane advises the Firm on talent initiatives, including coaching, training and mentoring for women and other underrepresented groups. She has over 25 years of experience in the finance industry and most recently worked as a leadership coach to C-suite and partner level professional services executives. Jane has advised a number of professional services firms on talent matters and has developed training and mentoring programs for their employees and women professionals in particular.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Jane was a Senior Managing Director at Evercore Partners where she led the firm’s Power and Utilities M&A practice. She also founded Gardener Advisory LLC, which advises public and private companies and governments on electricity and power-related matters. Jane holds a B.A. in East Asian Studies and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.B.A from The Wharton School and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Columbia University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of two publicly listed global mining companies, Nexa Resources and Yamana Gold.

Anton Sahazizian

Anton Sahazizian is a Managing Director and Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Moelis & Company. He previously served as the Firm’s Head of U.S. Mergers & Acquisitions where he was responsible for the growth and expansion of the U.S. franchise. Anton has over 25 years of investment banking experience, with expertise in originating and executing M&A mandates across a broad range of industry verticals.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Anton was a Managing Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at UBS Investment Bank in New York. He started his investment banking career in the Los Angeles office of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and was one of the founders of UBS’s Los Angeles office and their Exclusive Sales and Divestitures Group. Prior to investment banking, Anton was a securities lawyer with McMillan Binch and Goodman and Carr in Canada.
Anton holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario and graduated from Queen’s University Law School in Kingston, Ontario. He received an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Sam started his investment banking career as an Analyst at Moelis & Company and holds a B.S. in Economics with distinction from Duke University.

Frank has over 30 years of investment banking experience with extensive expertise on a wide variety of corporate finance matters, including M&A, leveraged buyouts, financial restructurings, public and private equity and debt financings.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Frank was a Managing Director in the Exclusive Sales and Divestitures Group at Bear Stearns. Before that, he worked at Houlihan Lokey and began his career at the Bank of Boston. Frank holds a B.A. in History from Boston University.

In this role he provided pricing, structuring and risk valuation services on fixed income products covering credit derivatives, structured finance, interest rates and corporate markets. Margot Shoshan is a Managing Director and Global Head of Marketing and Communications at Moelis & Company. Margot is responsible for directing and executing the strategic vision of the function through public relations, marketing and executive and corporate communications. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry serving as a strategic business partner and senior adviser across operational functions including marketing and communications, investor relations and human capital management.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Margot was a Senior Auditor at Deloitte. She holds a B.B.A. with Honors in Accounting from Emory University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Georgia.

Joe Simon is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he previously served as the Chief Financial Officer from 2010 to 2025. He has over 30 years of experience as a senior manager of financial controls, operations and strategy specializing in financial services firms.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Joe served as CFO at Financial Security Assurance, where he engineered the treasury and accounting areas to enhance the Firm’s financial planning and analysis, allocation of capital and transparency of financial reporting. He also led several financing transactions for the Firm. Joe holds a B.S. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Greg Starkins is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising industrial companies across the aerospace and defense and multi-industry sectors. Greg has over 25 years of investment banking experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions, as well as shareholder advisory and activist defense situations.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Greg led advisory efforts across the Diversified Industrials, Capital Goods and Services sectors, as well as for the Global Aerospace and Defense sector at Deutsche Bank. Before that, Greg was a member of the M&A team at Merrill Lynch and also coordinated Merrill’s Global Aerospace and Defense advisory practice. Greg began his career as a M&A lawyer at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Organizational Behavior/Management from Brown University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Lisa was Chief Administrative Officer at UBS Investment Bank where she was responsible for corporate operations and previously oversaw marketing and sponsorships for the Americas. She held similar roles at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Lisa holds a B.A. in Communications and Business Liberal Arts from Queens College. She serves as an advisory board member at Guide, an app-based platform focused on mental health, and as a member of the Board and Governance Committee at Akiba Yavneh Academy.
