Alan Aberg is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients on transactions within Private Funds Advisory (PFA), involving Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs), and in the Gaming, Real Estate, Hospitality and Leisure industries. Alan has executed a broad range of transactions, including secondary advisory, fund placements, M&A, SPAC initial business combinations, initial public offerings, and debt and equity financings.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Alan held roles in the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging and Leisure group at Deutsche Bank. Alan holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University, a J.D. from the New York University School of Law and an M.B.A. from The Stern School of Business at New York University.

Mark Aedy is a Managing Director and Chairman of EMEA and APAC at Moelis & Company. Mark has extensive experience building and managing investment banking franchises and played an instrumental role in expanding the Firm’s presence in key markets outside the U.S. He has over 40 years of investment banking experience, advising clients across multiple jurisdictions globally on a broad range of advisory services including strategic mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mark was Head of Europe, Middle East and Africa Corporate and Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and a member of the Global Corporate and Investment Banking Executive Committee. Before that, Mark held several leadership roles at Merrill Lynch including Head of Investment Banking – Europe, Middle East and Africa, Head of Metals & Mining and Head of General Industrials.
Mark holds a B.A. (Honours) from Durham University. He serves as a Trustee of The HALO Trust, a Non-Executive Director of British Land PLC and a Visiting Fellow at Oxford University. He previously served as a Senior Independent Director of The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust for 7 years.

Erick Alberti is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients on M&A, capital raising and restructuring transactions. Erick was instrumental in establishing the São Paulo office, the Firm’s first in South America. He has extensive experience advising on a variety of transactions across technology, media, telecom, payments, power, industrials, real estate and consumer sectors.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Erick was a Partner at BR Partners and worked in the Investment Banking Division of Citigroup in Brazil and New York. Erick holds a B.S. from Babson College.

Lord Charles Allen, Baron Allen of Kensington, CBE is the Chairman of Balfour Beatty Plc, the leading international infrastructure company, Chairman of Global Media & Entertainment Group, the largest commercial radio, digital and outdoor group in the United Kingdom with operations in The Netherlands, Spain and Ireland. Lord Allen also serves as an independent non-executive chair of THG (previously known as The Hut Group), a premier e-commerce retailer headquartered in Manchester, England and operating over 100 international websites.
From 2008 to May 2015, Lord Allen served as a Senior Advisor to Goldman Sachs, advising the firm’s private equity portfolio and banking business. He has been a non-executive director at Tesco Plc, Virgin Media Group, executive chairman of EMI Music and chairman of ISS AS and chairman of 2 Sisters Food Group. Throughout his career, Lord Allen has also held Chief Executive Officer positions at Compass Group PLC and ITV PLC.
Lord Allen was involved with the London Olympic and Paralympic Games – serving as Vice Chairman of the London 2012 bid and on the board of the London Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games. He is also chair of the Invictus Games. He was the Chief Advisor to the UK Home Office, providing advice and support to the Home Secretary and the Home Office Board on various matters. He sits on the House of Lords Select Committee for Industry and Regulators.

Chrystalle Anstett is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where she leads the advisory and management of global fundraises for the Firm’s Private Funds Advisory Group. Chrystalle has over 20 years of experience in investment management, fund operations and business development working with investment managers across all asset classes, including private equity, private credit, real estate, and natural resources.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Chrystalle was the Head of Capital Formation and Co-Chief Operating Officer at Sound Mark Partners. Before that, she held several leadership roles at Eaton Partners including Head of Direct Investments and Co-Head of Private Credit. Chrystalle also held roles in asset management and business development at Quantitative Financial Strategies, Goldman Sachs, and Lazard.
Chrystalle holds a B.S. in Economics and International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University, where she graduated cum laude and was a Stern Scholar. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Jason Auerbach is a Managing Director and Global Head of Technology Investment Banking at Moelis & Company. He has over 25 years of investment banking experience and has completed hundreds of transactions across various technology subsectors. Having advised clients on many of the industry’s most transformative and defining transactions, Jason has extensive relationships and expertise in originating and executing mandates across the full spectrum of corporate finance matters.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Jason was the Global Head of Tech Investment Banking and Co-Head of Investment Banking at SVB Securities, where he led the firm’s global technology coverage. Before SVB, Jason worked at UBS, where he served as the Global Co-Head of Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) investment banking. Earlier in his career, he was the Global Co-Head of TMT Mergers and Acquisitions at Jefferies & Company.
Jason holds a B.A. from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Stephen Aulsebrook is Senior Advisor at Moelis & Company where he focuses on Capital Structure Advisory in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). He previously served as a Managing Director at the Firm from 2010 to 2023. Stephen has over 40 years of European investment banking experience with an extensive network of relationships in EMEA, the U.S. and Asia across leading corporations, banks, hedge funds, other debt and equity funds, and private equity investors.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Stephen was the CEO and Head of Restructuring at Close Brothers Corporate Finance and DC Advisory. Stephen also worked at Hill Samuel and Bankers Trust.
Stephen holds an LLB in Law from the University of Leeds and qualified as a Barrister at the Inns of Court School of Law. He was called to the Bar by the Inner Temple and attended the Corporate Finance Program at the London Business School.

Geoffrey Austin is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients in the media and communications sector. Geoffrey has over 25 years of investment banking experience advising corporate and financial sponsor clients on many of the most significant transactions in the sector, including M&A, leveraged buyout, restructuring and debt and equity transactions.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Geoffrey was a Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Media and Communications Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank. In this role, he was responsible for a top-ranked global team focused on advising companies in the sector as well as on related coverage of financial sponsors. Previously he worked at Hambros Bank.
Geoffrey holds an M.A. from Oriel College, Oxford University and attended the Corporate Finance Programme at London Business School. He is an Honorary Fellow of Oriel College, a member of the Oriel Campaign Board, a member of the Childline Board of the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC), and a Trustee of the Eden Project.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Ben worked in the M&A Group at UBS. In 2018, he was named one of Business Insider’s Rising Stars on Wall Street. Ben graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Azad Badakhsh is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he advises clients in the aerospace and defense sectors. Azad has over 15 years of investment banking experience advising industrial and aerospace & defense clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions and a variety of other corporate finance matters.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Azad was a Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at UBS Investment Bank. He holds a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Kristian Bagger is a Senior Advisor at Moelis & Company. Kristian joined Moelis & Company in 2008 after a 20-year career at Deutsche Bank, most recently as a Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Investment Banking and previously as Head of Nordic & BeNeLux Investment Banking and Head of the Industrials, Consumer and Healthcare Industry Groups. While at Deutsche Bank, Kristian built leading franchises in the Nordic and BeNeLux regions and served on Deutsche Bank’s European Investment Banking Management Committee. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Kristian was an investment banker at Smith Barney. Over the years, Kristian has advised clients in a variety of industries on the full spectrum of corporate finance matters, specializing in mergers & acquisitions.
Kristian holds a M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Copenhagen.

Georgi Balinov is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he advises clients in the financial technology sector. He has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience, advising clients on a wide range of mergers, acquisitions and capital raises across the payments, financial software, capital markets tech and data sectors.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Georgi was a Senior Managing Director at SVB Securities. Georgi previously held leadership roles as Managing Director and Head of Global PayTech Banking at Barclays and Head of FinTech Banking for the Americas at BofA Merrill Lynch. He started his career as an analyst on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Georgi holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the Stern Undergraduate College at New York University. He is a member of the Board of Advisors at Single Step Bulgaria, an organization whose mission is to empower the LGBTI community through enhanced visibility and representation in his birth country.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Eric was a Managing Director at Barclays Capital and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, having started his career at Merrill Lynch. Eric holds a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance from The USC Marshall School of Business. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Buckley School in Los Angeles, California.

Julian is Joint Chief Executive Officer of MA Financial Group and was one of the founders of the company in 2009. Julian has over 15 years of investment banking experience, primarily covering the real estate industry. Throughout his career, Julian has provided capital and transaction advisory services to real estate companies and funds management clients in the Asia-Pacific region. He has experience in global real estate markets and has advised Australian companies acquiring real estate or real estate businesses in the U.S., U.K., Continental Europe, Japan and China.
Julian holds a Bachelor of Business (Property) in addition to a Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) from the University of South Australia.
