Mark Renton is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in providing financial and strategic advice to oil and gas clients. Mark has more than 35 years of investment banking experience advising energy companies, particularly in the upstream and oilfield services sectors.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mark was a Managing Director of the Energy Group at Lazard and Vice Chairman of the Global Energy Group at Citigroup Global Markets. He also served as Head of Investment Banking for Asia-Pacific and Co-Head of the Public Sector Group at Citigroup.
Mark holds a B.A. and M.A. in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Christ Church at Oxford University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Tarik Rguem is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he focuses on M&A transactions for both consumer & retail and financial sponsor clients. Tarik has over 20 years of investment banking experience providing the full range of strategic and capital advisory services.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Tarik was an Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank in the Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance Group, and prior to his investment banking career he was a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble.
Tarik graduated magna cum laude with a BCom (Honors) in Finance from the University of Ottawa and holds an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he is a member of the Anderson Honor Society.

Janna Robertson

Janna Robertson is the Chief Operating Officer of MA Financial Group. She has over 20 years of financial services experience and has held roles at Deloitte and KordaMentha where she was focused on advising clients in relation to financial and operational restructuring and transformation and performance improvement.
Janna is a graduate of the University of Technology Sydney, a chartered accountant and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Anthony Rokovich is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients in the real estate, lodging and leisure sector. He has over 20 years of investment banking experience working on strategic and financing transactions.
Prior to Moelis & Company, Anthony was a Managing Director in the Real Estate, Lodging & Leisure Group at UBS. He previously worked in Real Estate Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch. Anthony holds a B.A. from the University of Vermont and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Eric is a Managing Director at MA Moelis Australia (the corporate advisory and equities division at MA Financial Group) where he covers the ECM Syndication efforts and has over 20 years of ECM and equity sales experience.
Prior to joining MA Moelis Australia, he worked at Macquarie for close to 12 years. His most recent position was Small & Emerging Co Sales, Origination & Corporate Broking where he liaised extensively with institutions and management teams of smaller cap Australian corporates. Before this, he was responsible for Macquarie’s international equities distribution efforts in North America. Eric has spent close to 20 years working in New York and London for Macquarie, Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Western Australia.

Alex Rubin is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he is responsible for advising clients in the commercial real estate sector. Alex has over 30 years of investment banking industry experience across a broad range of strategic and corporate finance matters including M&A, capital formation and restructuring transactions.
Before joining Moelis & Company, Alex served as a Managing Director in the Global Real Estate Investment Banking Department at Citigroup. His previous experience includes leadership positions at UBS and Merrill Lynch in NY and London.
Alex holds a B.A. from Cornell University where he remains active with the Cornell Real Estate Council. His professional affiliations include the Real Estate Roundtable.

Jane Sadowsky is a Senior Advisor in Human Capital Management at Moelis & Company. Jane advises the Firm on talent initiatives, including coaching, training and mentoring for women and other underrepresented groups. She has over 25 years of experience in the finance industry and most recently worked as a leadership coach to C-suite and partner level professional services executives. Jane has advised a number of professional services firms on talent matters and has developed training and mentoring programs for their employees and women professionals in particular.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Jane was a Senior Managing Director at Evercore Partners where she led the firm’s Power and Utilities M&A practice. She also founded Gardener Advisory LLC, which advises public and private companies and governments on electricity and power-related matters.
Jane holds a B.A. in East Asian Studies and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.B.A from The Wharton School and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Columbia University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of two publicly listed global mining companies, Nexa Resources and Yamana Gold.

Anton Sahazizian is a Managing Director and Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Moelis & Company. He previously served as the Firm’s Head of U.S. Mergers & Acquisitions where he was responsible for the growth and expansion of the U.S. franchise. Anton has over 25 years of investment banking experience, with expertise in originating and executing M&A mandates across a broad range of industry verticals.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Anton was a Managing Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at UBS Investment Bank in New York. He started his investment banking career in the Los Angeles office of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and was one of the founders of UBS’s Los Angeles office and their Exclusive Sales and Divestitures Group. Prior to investment banking, Anton was a securities lawyer with McMillan Binch and Goodman and Carr in Canada.
Anton holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario and graduated from Queen’s University Law School in Kingston, Ontario. He received an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, François worked in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group and started his career in the Technology Investment Banking Group, both at Morgan Stanley. In 2024, François was named one of the Rising Stars of European Finance by Financial News.
François holds a Masters in Management from ESCP Business School (Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris).

Eric has 25 years of technology investment banking experience and deep relationships within the global private equity community. He has advised public and private companies on a broad spectrum of mandates including cross-border sell-side and buy-side M&A, as well as IPOs, follow-on offerings, and private placements.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Eric was a Partner and Managing Director at William Blair, where he focused on enterprise software. Previously, Eric was a Partner and the Strategy and Transactions Technology sector Leader for Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa at EY as well as Managing Director and Head of TMT investment banking for the EMEA region at Piper Jaffray (now Piper Sandler). Before that, he was Managing Director and Head of European Technology investment banking at Citigroup.
Eric holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Commerce with Joint Honours in Economics and Finance from McGill University.

Augusto Sasso is a Managing Director and serves as Global Head of Capital Markets and Global Head of Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure (REGLL) and Consumer & Retail at Moelis & Company. Augusto has over 25 years of diversified investment banking and real estate experience, having completed numerous high-profile M&A transactions, joint venture partnerships, equity and debt financings, leveraged buyouts and restructurings with both U.S. and international clients.
Augusto has extensive experience building and managing investment banking franchises at Moelis & Company. He joined Moelis & Company at its inception and was also instrumental in establishing and leading the Firm’s Middle East Investment Banking Group. He has been based in Los Angeles, Dubai, London, New York and Dallas.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Augusto was an investment banker and real estate investor with Credit Suisse First Boston, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Preservation Partners Development. Before that, he held corporate finance and business development positions with Raytheon Company and Hughes Electronics.
Augusto holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles and graduated first in his class magna cum laude with an M.B.A. from the University of Arizona.

Kevin Scheetz is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients in the technology sector. He joined the team shortly after the Firm’s inception and was instrumental in establishing the San Francisco office. Kevin has nearly 25 years of investment banking experience with expertise working with communications, infrastructure, industrial and consumer hardware and software companies. He has advised public and private companies on a wide range of corporate finance matters, including M&A, initial public offerings, take-privates and other public and private debt and equity financings.
Prior to Moelis & Company, Kevin worked at Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse First Boston and Citigroup. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University, which he attended as a Dean’s Scholar.
