Andrew Pridham
Group Vice Chairman – MA Financial Group

Andrew Pridham AO is the Group Vice Chairman of MA Financial Group. Andrew has over 30 years of investment banking experience and is the former Executive Chairman of Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan Australia where he completed many major M&A, equity raising and other advisory transactions and played a leading role in the significant growth of J.P. Morgan’s Australian business.
Andrew also spent 12 years at UBS where he held senior roles including Global Head of Real Estate Investment Banking and Head of Investment Banking for Australasia working in London and Singapore and was a member of the UBS Global Investment Banking Management Committee.
In 2009, he co-founded MA Financial Group. MA Financial Group was initially a 50:50 joint venture between NYSE-listed global investment bank Moelis & Company and its Australian executives. He was raised in Adelaide and is a graduate of the University of South Australia.

Mike Pyke
Head of Institutional Capital – MA Financial Group

Mike Pyke is Head of Institutional Capital and responsible for MA Asset Management’s capital partnerships. Mike has been with Moelis Australia for six years. He worked heavily on Moelis Australia’s IPO in 2017 and subsequently led Moelis Australia’s IR & Strategy function. He has previously worked in Moelis Australia’s Corporate Advisory Team (restructuring) for large Australian corporates and leading global hedge funds.
Mike has over 10 years of diversified financial services experience. Prior to working at Moelis, Mike was at Citi Bank.
Mike holds a Master of Commerce (finance) from The University of Sydney.

Chris Raff is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in providing strategic and financial advice to M&A clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Chris has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience with extensive expertise in originating and executing strategic M&A mandates across a broad range of industries.
Prior to Moelis & Company, Chris held various investment banking roles at Deutsche Bank, including Head of UK M&A and Head of Sponsor M&A for EMEA. He started his career in the Corporate Finance Group at Deutsche Bank.
Chris holds a first class honours BSc in Economics from the University of Nottingham.

Vincent Ragosta is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in Private Funds Advisory. He has extensive experience in originating and developing global strategic mandates, including capital raising, secondary market and other independent advisory services for private fund sponsors and limited partners.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Vincent was a Managing Director on the North American fund placement team at Campbell Lutyens. Previously he held roles at UBS Investment Bank, SMBC Nikko Securities America and Shumway Capital Partners. He began his career as a CPA at both Ernst & Young and KPMG.
Vincent holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Accounting from The Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University.

Jeff Raich is Co-President and a Co-Founder at Moelis & Company. He has been instrumental in establishing and building the Firm’s global franchise, especially its private equity and M&A businesses. Jeff has over 30 years of investment banking experience specializing in M&A transactions where he has advised on over 200 transactions across a broad spectrum of industries.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Jeff was the Joint Global Head of M&A at UBS Investment Bank, where he established UBS’s Exclusive Sales and Divestitures Group. While at UBS, he was a member of the UBS Investment Bank Board, the UBS Global Management Committee and the Investment Banking Department Americas Executive Committee and was Co-Head of Investment Banking Los Angeles. Before UBS, Jeff was a Managing Director and Head of West Coast Mergers and Acquisitions at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Jeff began his investment banking at PaineWebber.
Jeff holds a B.S. with Distinction in Commerce from The McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia (Beta Gamma Sigma). He is a member of the McIntire School of Commerce Advisory Board at the University of Virginia, a Board Member of the UCLA Health System and Co-Chair of the Lung Health Advisory Board at UCLA. Jeff also serves on The Posse Foundation National Board of Directors and the Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research (FSR) Board of Directors.

Swati Rao is Managing Director at Moelis & Company where she specializes in advising clients in the healthcare sector. Swati has almost 15 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience with extensive expertise advising on domestic and cross-border M&A as well as capital markets healthcare transactions across the biotechnology, specialty pharma and generics sectors.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Swati was on the European corporate finance team at GE Capital and the European M&A team at Lehman Brothers. Swati holds a B.C. with joint Honors in Economics and Finance from McGill University.

Paul is a Managing Director at MA Moelis Australia (the corporate advisory and equities division at MA Financial Group) where he is Head of Corporate Finance and focuses on capital solutions and mergers & acquisitions across a broad range of industries. Paul has been with MA Moelis Australia since it was established and has over 17 years of investment banking experience.
Prior to joining MA Moelis Australia, he was previously at J.P. Morgan in their real estate M&A team. Paul has a Bachelor of Commerce with distinction from the University of New South Wales.

Rodney Reid is a Managing Director and the Global Head of the Private Funds Advisory Group at Moelis & Company. Rodney has over 20 years of experience in capital raising, secondary market and other independent advisory services.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Rodney was a Senior Managing Director in the Private Capital Advisory team at Evercore in New York. Before joining Evercore, he was the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Head of Secondary Advisory at UBS in London.
Rodney holds a B.B.A from the University of Georgia and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.

Jean-Eudes Renier is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in providing financial and strategic advice to clients in the Industrials sector. Jean-Eudes has nearly 30 years of investment banking experience advising Industrials clients, including those in the autos, automotive technology, steel and mining, building products, paper and packaging and capital goods sectors. He has advised both public and private companies on a broad range of transactions throughout the corporate lifecycle, including mergers and acquisitions, equity issues and corporate restructurings.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Jean-Eudes led the Global Industrial Investment Banking business at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for many years and most recently served as Chairman of the unit. Before that, he focused on the basic materials sector at Morgan Stanley and at Lazard in Paris and London.
Jean-Eudes holds a MSc. in International Finance from Sciences Po in Paris and an M.B.A. from INSEAD.

Benoit Renon is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he advises a broad range of clients across the consumer sector. Benoit has over 30 years of investment banking experience with expertise in advisory and capital markets transactions covering food, beverage, tobacco and home and personal care companies across Europe.
Benoit was previously a Managing Director and Head of European Consumer Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley in London. Prior to that, he worked at Morgan Stanley and Lazard in Paris.
Benoit graduated from the ESSEC Business School. Before starting a career in investment banking, he spent two years as a bridge officer in the French Navy.

Mark Renton is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in providing financial and strategic advice to oil and gas clients. Mark has more than 35 years of investment banking experience advising energy companies, particularly in the upstream and oilfield services sectors.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mark was a Managing Director of the Energy Group at Lazard and Vice Chairman of the Global Energy Group at Citigroup Global Markets. He also served as Head of Investment Banking for Asia-Pacific and Co-Head of the Public Sector Group at Citigroup.
Mark holds a B.A. and M.A. in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Christ Church at Oxford University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Tarik Rguem is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he focuses on advising clients in the financial sponsors, consumer, retail and restaurants sectors. Mr. Rguem has over 13 years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Rguem was an Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank in the Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance Group. Mr. Rguem was also previously an Associate at Houlihan Lokey, and prior to his investment banking career was a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble.
Mr. Rguem graduated magna cum laude with a B.Comm (Honors) in Finance from the University of Ottawa and holds an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he is a member of the Anderson Honor Society.

Janna Robertson is the Chief Operating Officer of MA Financial Group. She has over 20 years of financial services experience and has held roles at Deloitte and KordaMentha where she was focused on advising clients in relation to financial and operational restructuring and transformation and performance improvement.
Janna is a graduate of the University of Technology Sydney, a chartered accountant and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Anthony Rokovich is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients in the real estate, lodging and leisure sector. He has over 20 years of investment banking experience working on strategic and financing transactions.
Prior to Moelis & Company, Anthony was a Managing Director in the Real Estate, Lodging & Leisure Group at UBS. He previously worked in Real Estate Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch. Anthony holds a B.A. from the University of Vermont and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Eric is a Managing Director at MA Moelis Australia (the corporate advisory and equities division at MA Financial Group) where he covers the ECM Syndication efforts and has over 20 years of ECM and equity sales experience.
Prior to joining MA Moelis Australia, he worked at Macquarie for close to 12 years. His most recent position was Small & Emerging Co Sales, Origination & Corporate Broking where he liaised extensively with institutions and management teams of smaller cap Australian corporates. Before this, he was responsible for Macquarie’s international equities distribution efforts in North America. Eric has spent close to 20 years working in New York and London for Macquarie, Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Western Australia.
