Giles Boddy is the Chief Financial Officer of MA Financial Group.
Giles is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in financial services. During his career he has held a variety of roles including CFO, Chief Risk and Legal Officer and COO, and built significant experience in banking, mortgage broking, equities, wealth and asset management, franchises, corporate transactions and risk culture transformation.
Giles has held several senior leadership roles at Lendi Group, Aussie Home Loans, Commonwealth Bank and National Australia Bank, where he was instrumental in developing and building new businesses and products, rationalising, and improving business processes to better deliver financial services to customers.
Giles holds an M.B.A. from the Australian Graduate School of Management and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Tuti Bodin is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where she advises clients in the financial technology and financial institutions sectors. She has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience, advising corporates, sponsors, creditors and sovereigns across Europe and globally on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, debt restructurings, equity raises and strategic advisory transactions.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Tuti held roles in the Financial Institutions Groups at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citi. She started her career as a Financial Controller at Iron Mountain Inc. in France.
Tuti holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bilkent University and a Master’s Degree in International Financial Management from IAE Aix-en-Provence.

Ben is a Managing Director at MA Moelis Australia (the corporate advisory and equities division at MA Financial Group) where he is Head of Real Estate, and his experience spans across M&A, IPOs, listed equity raisings, wholesale capital raising, debt and strategic advisory. Ben has over 20 years of investment banking experience.
Prior to joining MA Moelis Australia, he was Managing Director and Head of Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging for Bank of America Merrill Lynch Australia. Prior to that, Ben worked at UBS and Citi in Australia. Ben holds a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) and a Bachelor of Science from the University of New South Wales.

Bruno Brandao is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he provides strategic and financial advice to healthcare clients. Bruno has extensive investment banking experience, having originated and executed M&A and other financial transactions for corporates and financial sponsors across life science tools, services and diagnostics.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Bruno was part of the Healthcare Investment Banking group at Morgan Stanley. Before his investment banking career, Bruno worked as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.
Bruno holds an M.Sc. in Engineering Physics from Instituto Superior Técnico and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Marcel Brouwer is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in Capital Structure Advisory across EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa). Marcel has over 15 years of investment banking experience, advising companies, sponsors and a variety of creditor groups on restructurings, recapitalizations, financings, M&A and other financial advisory transactions across a broad range of industries.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Marcel was a member of the Restructuring Advisory and Distressed Financing team in Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division. He began his career at Lazard in the Financial Advisory Group.
Marcel holds an M.B.A. from HEC Paris and a M.Sc. in Business Administration (Finance & Investments) from the Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Alex Burpee is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in advising clients in the energy sector. Alex has over 15 years of oil and gas industry experience, specializing in originating and executing mandates for a variety of companies in the sector.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Alex was a Senior Managing Director at Guggenheim, where he co-led the Upstream Oil and Gas team in the Energy Investment Banking group. Before that, he was a Director in the Global Energy Group at Citi, where he helped to lead the technical team and originate new business. Alex began his banking career at Jefferies and previously worked in upstream exploration and production at both Hess and Schlumberger.
Alex holds an M.S. from the Pennsylvania State University and a B.A. from Washington and Lee University.

Nick Caffarate is a Senior Advisor at Moelis & Company where he focuses on identifying and enhancing the Firm’s opportunities in the emerging markets, primarily working with the Moelis & Company Capital Structure Advisory team globally. He has over 15 years of global emerging markets experience, specializing in corporate debt and working with borrowers, shareholders, creditors, advisory firms, fund managers and investment banks.
Before Moelis & Company, Nick was a Portfolio Manager in the EM Corporate Credit team at Ashmore Group PLC, where he also served as Senior In-house Counsel between 2005 and 2014. He started his career as a project finance lawyer at Norton Rose Fulbright in London.
Nick has led and managed the restructuring processes for numerous distressed corporate bonds in emerging markets globally and has broad experience of the global corporate US$ bond market, in particular within Latin America. He has also negotiated and invested in various private credit deals for a range of corporates globally.
Nick holds an LLB in Law from Exeter University, the Legal Practice Course (LPC) from Nottingham Trent University and the Claritas Certificate from the CFA Institute.

Chris Callesano is a Managing Director, Principal Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller at Moelis & Company. Chris has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience, primarily within the financial services industry.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, he was Senior Managing Director of Financial Reporting and Policy at NASDAQ OMX where he was responsible for preparing the annual and quarterly financial statements filed with the SEC. Before that, Chris was the Director of Corporate Reporting Merrill Lynch and began his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young.
Chris holds a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University, an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Eric Cantor is Vice Chairman and Managing Director at Moelis & Company and serves as a member of its board of directors. He advises clients on issues spanning the intersection of public policy and industry. Eric, who has more than 30 years of political and business experience, was formerly United States Representative from Virginia from 2000-2014. During his time in Congress, he served in leadership positions for 12 years, and was elected U.S. House Majority Leader in 2010, during which he led the public policy and legislative agendas. During the 112th Congress, Eric served as the House designee to the Biden Commission, where he worked closely with the Vice President on issues surrounding the federal budget and levels of indebtedness. One of his many accomplishments as Majority Leader was the passage of the JOBS Act, which makes it easier for start-up and emerging growth companies to access capital. Eric is regularly featured in publications focusing on a wide range of topics including both domestic and international matters.
Eric holds a B.A. from The George Washington University, a J.D. from The College of William and Mary, and an M.A. from Columbia University. He co-authored the New York Times best-selling book, “Young Guns: A New Generation of Conservative Leaders”. Eric serves as a member of the Bipartisan Policy Center’s Executive Council on Infrastructure and has been named a visiting fellow at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. He served on the U.S. Department of Defense Policy Board, a group tasked with providing the Secretary of Defense with independent, informed advice and opinion concerning matters of defense policy, from 2017-2020.

Thane Carlston is a Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Capital Structure Advisory at Moelis & Company. Since co-founding the group in 2008, it has become a recognized market leader globally, advising on hundreds of matters representing over $1 trillion in value. Thane has worked in the investment banking industry for 30 years, with a specialized focus on capital structure advisory. He has extensive expertise in the distressed advisory sector working with companies, corporate boards, creditor groups, sponsors and corporate parents of troubled subsidiaries.
Thane has structured and led numerous out-of-court transactions utilizing exchange offers, consent solicitations, and negotiations with lenders to secure bank amendments and waivers. He also has extensive experience in distressed M&A, debt financing and advising on matters that involve pre-packaged, pre-arranged and unplanned Chapter 11 reorganizations.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Thane co-headed the Recapitalization & Restructuring Group at Jefferies. He holds an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management and earned a B.A. from the University of Utah, where he serves on the advisory board for the Eccles School of Business.

Bob Casey is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he provides financial and strategic advice to clients in the enterprise software sector. In his nearly 30 years of experience in the technology industry, Bob has built extensive relationships with industry leaders and financial sponsors. He has advised on a broad range of mandates including M&A, debt financing and equity capital markets transactions across the application and infrastructure software sectors.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Bob was a Senior Managing Director at SVB Securities. He previously held leadership roles as Co-Head of Software Investment Banking at UBS and Head of Software Investment Banking at Suntrust Robinson Humphrey. Bob also held roles in technology and software investment banking at Sagent Advisors, Wachovia Securities and Broadview International. He began his career as a strategy consultant advising telecommunications clients at Dean & Company.
Bob holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University and an M.B.A. from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

He is responsible for establishing and maintaining global information security controls and protection of Moelis’ information assets and technologies.
Yatin has 30 years of IT experience, with over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity protocols and programs for a broad range of global corporations, including in the financial, legal, and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, he served as the Enterprise Security Manager at Shearman & Sterling LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Shivaji University.

John Colella is a Managing Director and Head of US Power and Utilities at Moelis & Company. John has been in the investment banking industry for over 20 years and has advised some of the largest global power and utility clients on critical strategic and capital raising transactions as well as M&A, capital markets, restructuring and bankruptcy transactions. His expertise in the energy sector includes electric, water and gas utilities as well as independent power producers and renewable energy companies.
Previously, John was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan covering power and utility clients and a member of the Global Utilities Group at UBS Investment Bank. He holds a B.A. from Rutgers College and an M.B.A. from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, where he was a Park Leadership Fellow.
