Jared Dermont is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in M&A and Capital Structure Advisory. Jared has extensive financial engineering experience and has advised on over 50 SPAC transactions.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, he was a Managing Director at Rothschild, Inc. where he focused on global M&A and restructuring transactions. Jared holds a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University.

Michael DiYanni is a Managing Director & Head of Risk Advisory at Moelis & Company where he specializes in Financial Institutions Advisory. Since joining the Firm, he has been instrumental in the execution of numerous market-leading structured credit transactions and advisory assignments. Mike has worked in the investment banking industry for more than 15 years, with extensive experience in the pricing, modeling and structuring of fixed income derivatives and securitizations.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mike was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan in the Fixed Income Group, where he led the North American Franchise Structuring Group and the Credit Hybrids Pricing and Execution Group. Previously, he was a Director in the Fixed Income Group at Citigroup on the Credit Derivatives Trading Desk in New York and London. Mike holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and an M.S. in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics.

Jugjeev Duggal is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in M&A Advisory, with a focus on clients in the clean technology, mobility, power, utilities and infrastructure sectors. Jugjeev has more than 20 years of investment banking experience advising corporates, sponsors, infrastructure clients and sovereign wealth funds across the full spectrum of M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Jugjeev was a Managing Director at Citi. He previously held investment banking roles at Barclays and Lehman Brothers. Jugjeev holds a B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University.

Liz Eberhart is a Managing Director in Human Capital Management at Moelis & Company. Liz has over 20 years of HR experience as a trusted advisor and business partner.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Liz worked at UBS where she was most recently Head of the Americas Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities HR Team. Before that, she held HR positions at UBS AG in London and Switzerland as a Client Relationship Manager and Recruiter. Liz holds a B.S. from the College of Human Ecology at Cornell University. She is a member of several HR organizations, including the HR Roundtable, Connecticut chapter, where she has served on the Board of Advisors.

David Faris is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients in the chemicals and materials sector. Dave has over 20 years of investment banking experience and has advised on a wide variety of domestic and international transactions, including M&A, debt and equity financings, restructurings and leveraged buyouts.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Dave was a Managing Director in the Chemicals Investment Banking Group at Credit Suisse. Before that, he worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette providing a broad range of investment banking services to chemical and other general industrial companies. Dave holds a B.A. from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Ted Ferguson is a Managing Director and Chief Information Officer at Moelis & Company. Ted has over 25 years of information technology experience.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Ted was Chief Technology Officer at Shearman & Sterling overseeing global technology services. Before that, Ted was Chief Information Officer at Kasowitz, Benson, Torres and Freidman, where he was responsible for the firm’s technology platforms, processes and services. He was also previously Director of Information Technology at Ropes & Gray. Ted holds a B.A. in International Relations from Cornell University and a M.A. in English from the University of Texas at Austin.

Jay Finney is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in M&A advisory. Jay has extensive experience working with domestic and multinational companies on a broad range of complex M&A transactions. He has extensive investment banking experience including originating, structuring and executing a full spectrum of public and private M&A transactions across a variety of industries, with a focus on industrial companies, and related coverage of corporate clients as well as private equity firms.

Previously, Jay was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse in the M&A Group. He was also a member of the Investment Banking Advisory Committee at Credit Suisse. Jay holds a B.S. in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from the University of Alabama and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.

Eliot Freeston is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in M&A Advisory. Eliot has over 15 years of investment banking experience, executing public and private buy-side, sell-side and special committee assignments across a broad range of industries. He has advised on over $50 billion of high-profile M&A transactions, with an emphasis on the hospitality and leisure sectors.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Eliot worked in the M&A group at Centerview Partners and began his career in investment banking with Scotia Capital in Toronto, Canada. Eliot holds a honors B.A. from The Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
