Bill Derrough is a Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Capital Structure Advisory at Moelis & Company. Bill has extensive experience advising all types of parties in major restructurings including companies, boards of directors, creditor groups, shareholders, unions and governmental entities and has been instrumental in building out the Firm’s restructuring franchise. Under his leadership, Moelis & Company has established one of the world’s leading restructuring teams, which has advised on more than 400 assignments globally representing over $1 trillion in value. The team was ranked #1 Restructuring Advisor both globally and in the U.S. in 2019 for completed engagements and was awarded the prestigious Restructuring Bank of the Year award for 2019 by IFR Magazine.
Bill has over 35 years of investment banking experience. From 1998 until joining Moelis & Company, he co-founded and co-headed the Recapitalization & Restructuring Group at Jefferies & Company. While at Jefferies, Bill advised a wide spectrum of clients and investors on restructurings, recapitalizations, financings, mergers and other engagements. Prior to joining Jefferies, Bill was a Principal at Doyle & Boissiere, a private investment firm. Bill began his investment banking career at Salomon Brothers Inc.
Bill holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. He serves on the boards of Youth INC, Boy Scouts of Greater New York, Bennington College and the Academy of St. Joseph, New York. He also served as Treasurer of the Democratic National Committee from 2017-2021.

Michael DiYanni is a Managing Director & Head of Risk Advisory at Moelis & Company where he specializes in Financial Institutions Advisory. Since joining the Firm, he has been instrumental in the execution of numerous market-leading structured credit transactions and advisory assignments. Mike has worked in the investment banking industry for more than 15 years, with extensive experience in the pricing, modeling and structuring of fixed income derivatives and securitizations.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mike was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan in the Fixed Income Group, where he led the North American Franchise Structuring Group and the Credit Hybrids Pricing and Execution Group. Previously, he was a Director in the Fixed Income Group at Citigroup on the Credit Derivatives Trading Desk in New York and London.
Mike holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and an M.S. in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics.

Jugjeev Duggal is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in M&A Advisory, with a focus on clients in the clean technology, mobility, power, utilities and infrastructure sectors. Jugjeev has more than 20 years of investment banking experience advising corporates, sponsors, infrastructure clients and sovereign wealth funds across the full spectrum of M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Jugjeev was a Managing Director at Citi. He previously held investment banking roles at Barclays and Lehman Brothers.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Liz worked at UBS where she was most recently Head of the Americas Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities HR Team. Before that, she held HR positions at UBS AG in London and Switzerland as a Client Relationship Manager and Recruiter. Liz holds a B.S. from the College of Human Ecology at Cornell University. She is a member of several HR organizations, including the HR Roundtable, Connecticut chapter, where she has served on the Board of Advisors.

Ted Ferguson is a Managing Director and Chief Information Officer at Moelis & Company. Ted has over 25 years of information technology experience.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Ted was Chief Technology Officer at Shearman & Sterling overseeing global technology services. Before that, Ted was Chief Information Officer at Kasowitz, Benson, Torres and Freidman, where he was responsible for the firm’s technology platforms, processes and services. He was also previously Director of Information Technology at Ropes & Gray.
Ted holds a B.A. in International Relations from Cornell University and a M.A. in English from the University of Texas at Austin.

Jay has extensive experience working with domestic and multinational companies on a broad range of complex M&A transactions. He has extensive investment banking experience including originating, structuring and executing a full spectrum of public and private M&A transactions across a variety of industries, with a focus on industrial companies, and related coverage of corporate clients as well as private equity firms.
Previously, Jay was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse in the M&A Group. He was also a member of the Investment Banking Advisory Committee at Credit Suisse. Jay holds a B.S. in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from the University of Alabama and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Rob was a Managing Director in the Recapitalization & Restructuring group at Jefferies & Company. Before that, he was an attorney at Guth Rothman & Christopher and Irell & Manella.

Manisha Girotra is Chief Executive Officer of Moelis India. She has more than 30 years of investment banking experience, with extensive cross-border M&A expertise across a broad range of industries.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Manisha was CEO and Country Head of UBS in India, managing its investment bank, commercial bank, markets, equity research and wealth management divisions. Previously, she was Head – North India of Barclays Bank. Manisha began her investment banking career at ANZ Grindlays in London. She has been named one of the 25 Most Powerful Women in Business in India by Business Today for the past six years as well as one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Business by Fortune India in 2014 and 2015.
Manisha holds a degree in Economics from St. Stephen’s College and received a gold medal for her Master’s Degree from the Delhi School of Economics. She currently serves on the Global Board of Naspers and is a Board Member of Ashok Leyland and Mindspace Business Parks REIT.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Robert was a Partner and Managing Director at Berkshire Global Advisers. Before that, he worked in the Global Financial Institutions Group at UBS Investment Bank in London and New York, advising asset management clients and private banks on corporate finance and M&A transactions.
Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree and an M.B.A. in finance and economics from Passau University along with a Master’s degree in International Finance and Business from Columbia University.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, William was a Senior Managing Director of Tech Investment Banking at SVB Securities. He was previously a Managing Director at UBS, and began his investment banking career at Oppenheimer & Co. and Redwood Capital Group.
