Evan Green is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in Capital Markets Advisory and leads the Firm’s West Coast Capital Markets efforts. He has over 15 years of investment banking and capital markets experience, with expertise in originating, structuring and executing PIPE and other financings transactions for clients across a broad range of industries.
Prior to Moelis & Company, Evan was Managing Director and Head of Private Investment in Public Equity (PIPE) at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he was instrumental in establishing the firm’s PIPE business. Before that, he held investment banking and private capital markets roles at Barclays and Lehman Brothers.
Evan graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and Business from Westmont College.

Paul Greenfield is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients in the chemicals and materials sector. He has over 15 years of investment banking experience, having advised on a wide variety of domestic and international transactions, including M&A, debt and equity financings, restructurings and leveraged buyouts.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Paul worked in the Financial Institutions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Paul graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

Bert Grisel is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients on restructurings, M&A and debt and equity financings. Bert has over 25 years of investment banking experience and has been involved in some of the largest and complex restructuring transactions in Asia.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Bert was interim CFO of a NASDAQ-listed company. He was previously at ABN AMRO where his leadership roles included Head of Industrials and Real Estate in Asia in addition to various others roles in Europe and Latin America.
Bert holds a M.Sc. Law from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.

Otávio has almost 25 years of investment banking experience, having advised on a wide variety of transactions across the telecom, consumer, agribusiness and industrial sectors.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Otávio was a Senior Partner and Head of Investment Banking at BR Partners. He was previously Co-Head of Investment Banking for Citigroup Brazil. Otávio holds a B.B.A. from the Fundação Getulio Vargas Institution and an M.B.A. from INSEAD Business School.

Andrew Haber is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he focuses on M&A, restructurings and other advisory services within the telecom, media and technology sectors. He has advised clients on a wide variety of transactions, including domestic and international acquisitions (public and private), spin-offs/split-offs, leveraged buyouts, exclusive sales, joint ventures, highly contested transactions and in-court and out-of-court restructurings with an aggregate value of over $100 billion.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Andrew was a Managing Director at Bear Stearns where he was responsible for M&A coverage and execution in the Telecom, Media and Technology Group. Before that, Andrew was a Management Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he advised clients across various industries in the United States, Mexico and Brazil.

Anthony Habis is a Managing Director and Head of Global Partnerships at MA Financial Group Asset Management. He has over 25 years of experience in covering asset owners and managers globally across their investment needs.
Before joining MA Financial Group, Anthony was a was Managing Director and Global Head of Client Coverage Asset Servicing at Bank of New York Mellon, based in New York, with oversight of the firm’s client franchise across all investor segments with assets under administration north of $46 trillion. He joined BNY Mellon as Head of Middle East and North Africa, where he led the firm’s growth agenda across several markets and businesses.
Prior to BNY Mellon, Anthony was a Managing Director at Citi’s Institutional Client Group and held several senior roles in the Middle East and Africa including, Corporate and Investment Banking Coverage, Head of Global Family Office MENA, and Head of Private Bank, Saudi Arabia & UAE.
Anthony has also held senior roles in Australia with National Australia Bank, Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Lendlease Communities.

Alex Hageman is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Alex has helped lead Moelis & Company’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) equity capital markets business and has worked on many of the Firm’s advisory assignments in the region. He has extensive experience working on high profile European and Middle Eastern equity capital markets transactions, in particular IPOs and follow-on offerings. He advises corporates, alternative asset managers and sovereign clients.
Previously, Alex worked in the Equity Capital Markets Groups at Citigroup and Morgan Stanley, focusing on equity capital markets transactions across all industries. Prior to his career in investment banking, he worked on the buy-side team at Robeco Asset Management.
Alex holds a M.Sc. (Corporate Finance) from the Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

Steven has over 20 years of investment banking experience and has originated, structured and executed over 100 convertible capital raises and equity derivative transactions as well as dozens of subordinated debt, preferred and equity capital issuances across the U.S. and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa).
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Steven was Americas Head of Equity-Linked & Hybrid Solutions at Barclays. Before that, he was Co-Head of EMEA Equity Capital Markets after leading EMEA Equity-Linked Origination. He began his career at Lehman Brothers.
Steven holds a B.S.M. in Economics and Finance from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University and is a CFA charterholder.

Rich Harding is a Managing Director and Head of the US Private Equity Solutions Group at Moelis & Company, where he also leads the healthcare services team. Rich has over 25 years of combined investment banking experience specializing in advising financial sponsors, private asset managers and family offices and their founders on portfolio optimization. He also has significant experience originating and executing a wide variety of corporate finance transactions in the healthcare sector including M&A, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and other equity and debt transactions.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Rich worked in the Global Healthcare Group at Citigroup. He received a B.A. in Economics and Government from Connecticut College and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan.

Rick Haythornthwaite is the chairman of NatWest bank, the Ocado Group, and the AA and a senior advisory partner at Moelis & Company.
After a 19-year career in the oil & gas industry with BP and latterly Premier Oil, he joined the Blue Circle cement group in 1997 with responsibility for Europe & Asia and then promotion to Group Chief Executive in 1999. Following a successful hostile bid defence, performance turnaround and sale of the company, he led the rescue of Invensys as CEO, then one of the world’s leading industrial controls companies.
He has since served as chairman of Mastercard Inc, Centrica, Network Rail, QiO Technologies, and Railsr, as well as a partner at Star Capital. His past non-executive directorships comprise Cookson plc, Lafarge SA, Land Securities plc, ICI plc and Globant. He has also chaired the UK Better Regulation Commission, Risk & Regulatory Advisory Council and the Haythornthwaite Review of UK Armed Forces incentivisation. In the not-for-profit sector he has chaired the World Wide Web Foundation and, in the UK, the Creative Industries Federation, Creative England, the Southbank Centre and Almeida Theatre. He was educated at MIT and The Queen’s College, Oxford.

He has over 30 years of investment banking experience having advised clients on transactions in the metals and mining, capital goods, chemicals, aerospace and defense and building products sectors.
Before joining Moelis & Company, Mark was Head of the Industrial Growth and Services Group at CIBC World Markets, where he established one of Wall Street’s leading industrial banking franchises across the industrials sector. Prior to CIBC, Mark led the Global Basic Industries franchises at Merrill Lynch and worked at Salomon Brothers’ and Smith Barney.
