Melissa Mariaschin is a Managing Director and Head of Distribution for Moelis & Company’s Capital Markets Group. Melissa has extensive syndicate experience and transactional expertise across PIPES, registered directs, converts, SPACs and other equity capital raises.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Melissa was a Managing Director at Barclays on its equity syndicate desk. She began her investment banking career as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers. Melissa holds a B.S. in Finance from The McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.

Andrew Martin is a Managing Director of Moelis Australia and the Head of Moelis Australia Asset Management. He has over 30 years’ experience in global investment as a principal investor and adviser across a range of sectors including real estate, infrastructure, private equity and energy.
Prior to joining Moelis Australia, Andrew was a Managing Director at UBS Global Asset Management in Infrastructure and Private Equity. Before that, Andrew was a principal of an asset management firm which founded several real estate funds in the US, Australia and Asia.

Anuj Mathur is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he provides financial and strategic advice to internet and digital media companies. Within the sector, he focuses on companies in verticals including ecommerce & marketplaces, digital media & content, marketing & advertising technologies, SMB Internet & SaaS and consumer fintech. Anuj has nearly 15 years of investment banking experience working with high-growth public and private companies in the internet and digital media sector.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Anuj was a Managing Director covering global internet and digital media at Barclays. Before that, he advised clients on M&A transactions and led execution of equity and debt offerings for companies across the internet and digital media sector at Deutsche Bank. Anuj holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley

Dave McGuiness is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he leads the Firm’s midstream investment banking efforts. Additionally, he leads the Firm’s efforts across the minerals and royalties sector and is active across energy-related special situations. He advises founders, investors, companies, and boards of directors on mergers and acquisitions, special situations, and restructurings, with expertise in guiding companies at an inflection point across energy (traditional and new) value chains – including oil and gas, clean energy, infrastructure, and transportation.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Dave was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Barclays Capital. He was previously an attorney specializing in advising clients on a wide range of transactions, financings, and general corporate matters. Dave holds both a B.S. in Accounting and a Masters in Business Taxation from the University of Southern California. He also holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a Certificate in Business Economics and Public Policy from the Wharton School.
Dave is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a member of the New York Bar. He is also a member of the American Bar Association (Oil & Gas Committee), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Tax Section), the Turnaround Management Association and the Houston Producer’s Forum.

Mike McKeever is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising private equity clients. He has extensive investment banking experience, having advised private equity clients, family offices and sovereign wealth funds on a variety of corporate finance matters, including M&A, capital markets and hedging & derivatives transactions across a broad range of industries.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mike worked at Morgan Stanley in the Global Financial Sponsors Group in the Investment Banking division and in Private Credit Solutions within Global Capital Markets. Before that, he was a Finance & Performance Management consultant at Accenture. Mike holds a B.A. in Economics from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the Darden School at the University of Virginia in addition to earning a CFA charter.

Tyler has over 15 years of investment banking and finance experience, with expertise in originating and executing a full spectrum of corporate finance transactions including M&A, leveraged buyouts, capital markets, and restructuring transactions across multiple industry verticals.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Tyler was an investment banker at Duff & Phelps, and he previously worked as an investment banker at First Beverage, Houlihan Lokey and Wells Fargo Securities. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California with an emphasis in Corporate Finance and Investments & Financial Markets.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Rob served as the Head of Trading and Sourcing at Venor Capital Management. He began his career as a credit analyst at Shenkman Capital Management. Rob holds a B.A. in Finance from The College of New Jersey.

Ken has over 40 years of experience both as an investment banker and an executive, having served in various significant leadership roles where he has been responsible for the innovation and growth of franchises across the industry.
Prior to founding Moelis & Company, Ken was President of UBS Investment Bank and previously, Head of Corporate Finance at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Ken began his investment banking career at Drexel Burnham Lambert.
Ken holds a B.S. in Economics and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Business Council and the Business Roundtable, and currently serves on the Wharton Board of Advisors and the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center Board of Advisors. He was formerly Board Chair and Director of the Tourette Association of America and served on the Board of Trustees at the University of Pennsylvania for 10 years.

John has advised and financed many of the largest, most sophisticated media clients across the diversified media, blockchain technology, television, radio, newspapers, magazines, digital media, video games, entertainment, publishing, and outdoor advertising sectors, and has worked extensively with leading financial sponsors.
Prior to Moelis & Company, John was a Managing Director in the Global Media Group and Head of Broadcasting Investment Banking at UBS Investment Bank. Previously, John worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and served as Chief Financial Officer of The .TV Corporation. John was named one of “40 Under 40” in Investment Dealers’ Digest. He has also been recognized in the “Power 100” list by Broadcasting & Cable and Multichannel News and was named one of the top 50 M&A bankers in the Americas by the Global M&A Network.
John holds an A.B. in Quantitative Economics and a M.S. in Engineering Economic Systems from Stanford University, and an M.B.A. and J.D., both with honors, from the University of Chicago. John serves on the Board of Trustees at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute and the board of Village for Vets, a non-profit that supports homeless Veterans. He also serves as a member of the Board of Overseers at the Hoover Institution and the Southern California Advisors for Stanford University. Glenn Muscosky is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company on the Infrastructure team. He has over 20 years of private and public sector experience in transport and energy infrastructure.
Prior to Moelis& Company, Glenn was a founding member of the team that established J.P. Morgan’s first infrastructure investment strategy and lead project finance experience as a senior member of Credit Agricole’s project finance team. Glenn began his career at the New York City Transit Authority and the New York City School Construction Authority. Glenn holds a B.S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management.
